No? Then I'll just go with I don't want to die in a lame way. By which I mean a way that makes me look posthumously pathetic.

I almost died of laughter once, that would have been a good way. Having survived that, I don't want something like 'choked on a fish bone' or 'died of dysentry' to be my way out

I don't want to die in a way that causes me any discomfort whatsoever. I would assume that's the same as most other people.

I think I would kind of prefer to die by my own stupidity instead of someone elses.
Things like seconds hand smoke, carcrashes, or death by CO poisoning because of your landlords complete desinterest in his building and it's inhabitants, those are bad ways to go.
I would not want to die some silly death because I could not choose better company.

Cancer, I have fear of cancer bordering on an irrational phobia, mostly because in my lifetime three of my relatives have had cancer, one of them being a member of family. It's one of the most painful experiences to the one being ill as well as their close ones.

My main ones would be suffocation, strangling and drowing. Just suffering for that little bit of time, as your body fights desperately for breath, yeah, that would really suck.

The guy is locked in a portable toilet, which is rolled across the ground, and dropped into a pit: you can guess what THAT would be like. Then you fill the pit with cement. So, buried alive, covered in human waste: a slow death of asphyxiation and humiliation.
