That sounds very nice, and if there aren't that many toy stores around in the city from before, or around were you'll be located, then this, with "older" stuff might a thing that drives people in.
Also, thikn about the internet service. Many Shops today have accounts on Ebay and the sort and I think that gives them a pretty nice boost in sales
