OoC: Little heads up. I've been on easter break for the last couple weeks, and I'm going back to college tommorow. I only have a couple days a week there, but there will be days when I wont be on for long. I have about half an hour left tonight.

OoC: The idea of the blue flames is that Jin has very strong and high quality Spirit AND he has mastered the effect of his O-Part. If anyone else tried to use it, the flame would be red or orange as it's effect is just a normal flame. Assuming they could use it. Jio has been shown to have very little skill with most O-Parts other than the boomerang types he uses.
