OoC: @ALL: As one can observe, the Vanguard universe has elements of the Infamous powers, but has Mass Effect Biotics of how they get said powers... And then comes the mind fuck of all different types of pyschological horrors, mixed with some lovecraft horrors.... I designed this universe to be fun!

Doctor Com looks at Erica, and smacks her, then kisses her, "STOP! STOP IT NOW! YOU'RE GOING MAD!" He slapped her, "Look! I'm more likely! Maybe I'm framing EMily so I don't get the blame! Look at me! I killed my own mother in cold blood! I'm more likely! Stop aiming at EMily!"
Natalie smiles... but soon a discharge of their powers would be nearing. As would any Vanguard, leaving powers dormant for awhile leads to buildup, and without using will usually overload said Vanguard.
