Bellerophon looks down at the ocean rushing below him. "Why doesn't the Master simply destroy his enemies? I don't understand it."
A brunette woman approaches him. "So, this is where you ran off to? Is the Masters favorite feeling depressed?"
"Can it, Athena. You already know the answer to your question, so why bother asking?"
"Isn't it obvious? Because it bothers you. Because I want to get under your skin and make you express yourself."
"You of all people should know, there are two things I don't do. Feel. And bleed."
"I saw you bleed yesterday." She replies matter of factly.
"That was different. That was the Master's doing. No one else could manage that same feat."
"You seem flustered." She gives a sly smile.
Bellerophon ignored her comment. "What is the status of Haniel? Is he still resisting and demanding to be released?"
"Yes, he claims he has learned his lesson, but I know better. He can't fool me, but he tries. He intends to be a thorn in our side if we release him. He's such a good battery for Shin, though. We don't even need any OPTs to power it."
"You act so cold towards your brother in the Kabbalah. Shouldn't you be more concerned for him? Show some compassion, as you would say." Bellerophon showed no emotion, though he wanted to disrupt Athena's thoughts even just a little.
"That doesn't matter. All that matters is whether one serves our Master or not."
"You act like that needed to be said." Bellerophon began to disappear into the ground at his feet. "Now, if you'll excuse me."
Inside, Bellerophon made his way to a large room filled with monitors and technicians. "How is our little battery?"
"Ugly. Just look at him. Disgusting. No dignity. Absolutely shameful."
Bellerophon turned to see a blonde woman with blue eyes, in white clothes, a sharp contrast to his own black outfit. His yellow eyes met hers. "With all due respect, Medea, I didn't ask you."
"That's not my fault. If you were more beautiful, like me, you would have asked me. Alas, you aren't."
"Haven't I suffered enough?" There was a man attached to a large machine like device. Tied so that he couldn't move. His hair was white, his body emaciated, and he struggled.
Bellerophoon turns his attention to the man. "Calm down, Haniel. This is why we don't release you. You struggle so much."
"Liar. You have no intention of releasing me."
Bellerophon seemed amused. "Well, that is up to our Master, isn't it? And you are doing yourself no favors." He turns and walks away.
"Ugly creature." The woman, Medea, looks at tied up man with contempt before she walks away.
OoC: And if you actually read this I welcome any comments about them. I'm trying to establish them a bit before they get introduced. No plans for the group to actually interact with them yet, though.
