Four and Rose ran off before the copters arrived.

OoC: @Outis Tis fair. Really I just joined up on this because I had never tried it before, thought it could get my writing up, socalise a bit, maybe try a character from that book I've had writers block on for two years. OOC: Actually, I was talking about all the, frankly, depressing subject matter that has me rather emotionally taxed. It's pretty silly, I know, but I genuinely get worked up over the prospect of one of our characters dieing, and especially when I wouldn't be around to do anything about it.

"Ow." The GMB said. It's wing grew back, covered in green blood. "Let's see how you like it!" It shouted as it snapped at Gaylor's sword arm, trying to tear it off.

Four and Rose ran into a building a good distance from the group and hid. Rose saw Roland running after them and motioned from the door where they were.

OOC: its a group of ork commandoes in the middle of the camp shooting everywhere and the Kruzer is shooting at the flare that had been launched. its not a full attack but its going to do some damage.

OOC: @Outis Again. I'm agreeing with you. I explained to Rosh the other day that I felt like I've exhausted all I can do with my characters interacting with Laura and Char. The depression just feels like it's something old.

OoC: Same here @Outis. There are some real gut punches in this story. One of the strongest themes in this thread, at least from what I can tell, is trust and srength from others, as cliche as that sounds. When that's subverted, it's powerful.

OOC: Granted though I like it when people get depressed in this storyline and I like to work with EMily and Winona and how they interact. It gives time for me to figure out how she would react. Michael was probably my favorite moment with her as well as Berethor.
