OOC: So, @Gear, since we are not in the fight yet, I think you had some character dev you wanted to do with Tanner and Lambda (and that scientist). Wanna do it now?
"Riflemen! Focus on the close range targets! Front lines, keep hitting the gunners!" Galen barked at his troops and they complied, the Marauders and cannibals shredding the unarmoured bloodletters with mass accelerator fire. The husks were being held back and slaughtered in their hundreds, but more pods began to rain down, disgorging many more. One pod smashed itself apart, revealing a massive brute that hurtled through its own lines and smashed bloodletters aside to get to the Chaos Marines. Galen meanwhile ducked and dived, avoiding Regulus's attacks, before responding with a two handed wave of Sith lightning.
OoC: @Outis Perhaps, but the ship is in the middle of a crossfire. Not the best time for some dev.

Most of what I read suggest that his left eye is blue, and the gem in his right hand here was earlier described as a jade pendant, so I think it should be green. But people on deviant art do what they want.

Regulus mumbled to itself as it prepared to summon more deamons. As it was hit by the Sith lightning, its black aura increased in size.
"Ha! hitting me with power fueled by hatred... foolish."
Regulus flew higher up and summoned five comets that rapidly flew towards Galen before raining down shadow blasts.
Meanwhile, the Marines spread out and focused their fire on the Brute.
The Bloodletters made their way to the ranged Reapers, cutting down Husks in a frenzy as they went.
OoC: And then Dancing Mad started playing on my mediaplayer.
This cannot get any more epic.

Lambda booted up as gunfire was heard. She scanned her surroundings. She was inside the ship, with the others inside as well. She ducked down, and saw Tanner. "Requesting status update."

Galen chuckled as he saw the meteorites come down. Deactivating his lightsaber, he held both hands high, concentrating. The velocity of the meteorites quickly began to fall off, until finally they stopped a few dosen feet above his head. Turning, he hurled them at the Chaos forces. A number of bloodletters, several husks and a Marine were crushed. He smirked up at Regulus.
"Care to try that again, demon?"
