I look at Rose, my eye lids feeling heavy. 'Still have a job to do...' I think wearily. "It's okay. You did very well." I say gently as I place a heavy hand on her shoulder.
The explosions are absorbed by Satan. "Do not question my motives. I find this a fun distraction is all."

@Slenn Yeah there are a few not fully defined things that I don't want to use too much myself. Like Satan's true form. When I had Jio use Devil Summoner to absorb data from the key of Solomon for a battle, I tried to base it on what seemed to be possible and make sense for such an O-Part.
@Wacky He could, but that would be breaking various rules. If I played him like he was in the manga exactly, everyone that didn't give into hatred would be dead, or at least everyone they cared about would be dead.

The girls give a sigh of relief, cool down, and regroup with the rest of the people at Tanner's ship.

I stop and think for a moment. "Hey, Rose, did you ever get me that piano? Cause I think I still owe you a song." I say with a small smile. It seems strange, even to me, but I'm tired, and this is the only tactic I can think of.

"I am Satan. Now, begone pest. I have business with the wizard." His arm extends and he grabs Rincewind by the mouth absorbing his magical energy in the process. "How interesting. Magic, eh? As a man of science, I refute your power!"

Rose had been staring at the ceiling. She turned her head after hearing Roland. "You...you really think so?" She said.
She turned to Tanner and said, "Oh! I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier. I'll show you." She shakily got to her feet and slowly made her way outside and to the stage. She tried to climb up onto the stage, but was feeling too tired to pull herself up.

Doctor Com walks away, and a small little picture falls from his pocket. A picture of a teenager and a guy in his 20's. The guy has a hat on.

I never really expected myself to fall in love when I came here. I realize that there must be a point at which I have to go back, and it's a sad sad fate, and I realize that though... but I love you all the same Conall, I cannot escape that fact. It will be a sad day when we'll have to part ways, but that means we'll have to cherish these moments while they last." She hugs Conall and shortly kisses him on the lips.
