I heard that Jio and his other friends actually destroyed it for the most part. Kind of left a power vacuum. I think Kirin and Amidaba were trying to form some kind of new government to fix that and put things right in the world. Still, you have no idea how bad even one OPT can be if they are powerful. But like you said, I guess that stuff is universal."
