Amended it to make it so that it made sense. Somewhat, he can see past the cloak because it disobays the laws of physics, and since he can see, he can make him go blind by pointing out its imposibility.

OOC: Tech from Varger's universe is smart in its manipulation of everything. A Null Field can trap the light while still allowing light to reach Varger's eyes. basically he can see you but you can't see him. However everything else can see him, thermal and such. Still working on many aspects of Null technology. Made up science is hard when I have no interest in real science.

OOC: Thermal vision relies on infrared light. UV rays are much higher in frequency. The EM spectrum is like this from lowest to highest frequencies:

Radio, Microwave, Infrared, Visible, Ultraviolet, X-Ray, Gamma.
