Rak is in the middle of something, Hazama may be the face of the bad guys but I dont want too much attention, and really it would be better if he popped up after a big, world-shaking revelation to try and press a few buttons. Plus, I need time to come up with a new character incase Hazama leave the plot at the end of Stockholm.
