OoC: @Raka Yeah you're pretty much right. The series always referred to it as information. It also occasionally talked about "programs" and such. Kinda like the entire world was computer program or something. He doesn't gain knowledge from it, though.
Quick example: If I used Jio's ability on EMily, he could use electricity and maybe magnetism. If I used it on a tree, he could create branches and such. He could also combine those abilities. Keep in mind, this power puts a lot of stress on his mind, though.
