He also has advanced shawdow powers wich are mainly used to screw with the minds of others but can also be used to hurl blasts of destructive dark energy.
He has enhanced strength and agility and can float at low altitudes.
Lastly he keeps all his old powers such as immunity to fire and falling.
And his semi-imortality.

Look, once Tophat helps me get in your head, I'll do what I can. But you can't rely on me to do all the legwork there. "Crap!" Jio stretched his arm and grabbed the tree that he had set Michael under earlier. Jio pulled himself into it to get out of the air. "I set Michael under this tree so he could rest. Because I was concerned for my friends health. And now, it shall help me free him from you!"

If you could make friends with Dr. Com, you know the guy you constantly try to kill, that would go a long way towards showing her you can control yourself, and that you can change.
Reginald stood up and wiped his brow. "Well, she's stable and resting now. All we can really do is hope she pulls through. I need a drink. Two, keep an eye on her." Reginald walked out into the alleyway.
