OOC: Well, you would have to do a character sheet (ie describe the character & their abilities, wait for approval from GM etc). But you could base them off a pre-existing character.

OOC: Not everything in the universe is cyberpunk, I only really fleshed out the Conglomerant not the other two fleets. There would be room for anything really I can make stuff up quite fast.
