OOC: Not sure what your definition is, but I'm of the belief that it does. It isn't necessarily a permanent thing, but it is more than 'strong attraction'. But who knows? Galen could sense that Michael was fighting, and it gave him hope He opened his mouth to shout encouragement, but then he remembered what Michael had said, and thought that he might end up doing more harm than good. He stayed quiet, and simply watched.
