Laguna picked up something in Varger's voice. The soldier took a chance and stepped a little closer. "You have powers that most people could only ever dream of. You could do absolutley anything you wanted. Break out of this rut! Find the thing you care about. Use your powers for that. Thats the only thing that will give you peace."

"Working on it." Reginald said to Tophat as he began examining the dynamite that was now glowing with Erica's power. "Nice work." He said to Erica.

Four hugged Mia back. Five jumped up into Four's lap and snuggled up to her.

"Looks like negotiations have gone sour." Reginald said. He picked up one of the dynamite bombs by the length of rope and began spinning it so he could throw it farther. "Someone get Laguna out of there so we can let the cyborg have all we got."

Four began stroking Mia's hair. "And that makes this a whole lot less scary." She said.

Erica telepathicly spoke to Tophat.
I think we just found ourselves a goal in life, once all this nonsense is over, let's make the most pretty explosive ever!
It is a small goal, but something to look forward to.
