Laguna grimaced at Erica's words. It didnt sound good. He turned around, and faced the soldier. "Sorry mate, not right now. I'm in the middle of something." He turned back to Tophat and Erica, drawing a lenght of rope.

Joel walks up to the Ranger. "Who are you looking for, eh?" he asks.

OoC: @Kirke I honestly have no idea. It's just this rope that randomly appears during his limit breaks. I'm assuming it's pretty long though.

OoC: @Kirke It's like his guns. He can just summon and dispell it pretty-much whenever he wants. Even if it's not long enough, he can just get more.

The Ranger noticed Mia trying to get behind him. He said to her, "Let me give you some advice. That's a bad move right there little lady."

He runs to where he last saw Reginald. "Hey... Reg... there's some guy offering 200,000 bottlecaps for you." he hisses, hoping to attract Reginald's attention.

"I really don't know.
I'm not even sure if what caused my outburst is a someone. It could be some keyword, or a type of energy. Heck it could be anything.
All I know is I don't want it happening again. I was barely able to hold back the rage last time, I might not if it gets any stronger.
As I said before, some things are best left forgotten, my past is one of those things."

Tophat looks over at Erica.
"Let's just focus on making the huge epic explosions alright? Nothing good ever comes from pondering over ones past."

"If you want to keep it forgotten, fair enough. Dont worry, if you go out of control we'll do everything we can to get you back." He drew some more rope. "But for now, lets put it out of our minds."

"Oh shit! You serious? How did they find me too?" Reginald seemed panicked by what Joel had told him.

The Ranger slowly turned to face Mia, his hands above his head. "I think this should explain things." He said as he slowly and deliberately reached into his coat, took out the wanted poster, and tossed it to her. "Just read the back." He said.
