"Forget it...enjoy your meal..." Berethor said as he sat down against the wall and pulled his legs as close to his chest as he could.
"You're right Jio. Varger's conflict was interesting. But just because science makes itself to be rigid doesn't mean the people behind it are. I know there are plenty of things that science cannot do. And with that I admit my mistake once more. I'm sorry." She bowed to him. She served Joe a plate of pasta. She seemed a little sad.
"Varger had a chancce, and a second, and a third.

Erica replies to Jio before turning to Jin.
"You seem to have bettered your life. Varger did not."
"I grow weary of you all defending this heartless murderer..."
She walked towards Berethor.

Jio smiles at EMily and bows in return. "Don't mention it. And you might not be wrong. I meant what I said. If he returns, I will take care of him myself." He takes a bite of pasta. "This is good. You're quite the cook. Probably better than Jin." Jin gave Jio the evil eye.
She makes a smile with a blush, something more idiosyncratic with Winona. "Thank you Jio." She said to both of Jio's statements. She chuckled, and she served herself some pasta with pesto. She took a sigh of relief from what he said.

"Woooh!!" Joe shouted as he threw the plate over his head as he went to find a place to sit.
"I don't like Varger..." Joe said simply as he sat down.

Berethor was silent for a long time before he could answer Erica. "...Why would I eat myself?" There was almost no emotion behind the joke.

The Kid wakes up with the familiar taste of grass on his tongue. He rolls over and looks into the sky. He gets up and looks around to find a sight he never thought he'd see again, land. Land as far as the eye could see. The Kid had to pinch himself a few times just to make sure the whole thing wasn't a dream. He tenderly places a foot down on the ground in front of him, checking to see if it might fall out from under his feet. He takes a few more steps, just to be sure. The Kid finds himself both relieved and confused. He sees what looks like movement and heads off to investigate.
As The Kid gets closer he sees a group of people. He can't help but pinch himself again. He slowly approaches the group, not wanting to startle anyone. He thinks about what he should say. The Kid says the only thing he can think of, "Hello."
