Laguna put his hand on his chin and shrugged. "If that's all you want to say about it, then... Oh, where are my manners?" He slapped himself on the head, and offered his hand to the Kidd. "Laguna."
The Kidd shakes Laguna's hand. He says to him, "Everyone just calls me The Kidd." Kidd starts thinking about what Laguna said. Talking was never one of The Kidd's strong points, he prefers to let his actions do his talking for him. And from what he can tell from this bunch so far, he's gonna be telling stories with his actions before too long.
Steve walks up to Gaylor, battered, "Ah! Its good to see another minecrafter not trying to kill me!" Steve said.
Gaylor shrugged, "Herobrine is a myth. A lie!"
The Kidd goes back to checking his weapons. Never hurts to be prepared, and with his arsenal The Kidd's prepared for pretty much anything the world could throw at him. He picks up his Fang Repeater, a nasty looking tool fashioned from an unlucky beast. He checks the mechanisms and makes sure his bolts are sharp as can be.
Laguna had been thinking about the Kidd. He didnt seem to talk much. Was he hiding anything, or was he just shy? Laguna's thoughts were interupted when some giants popped out of nowhere. "What the?" He drew his machine gun and peppered them with fire.
The Kidd gets startled when suddenly a buncha giant fellas show up. He scoops up his weapons, leaving two out in case they attacked. He places his Army Carbine on his back, ready for when it's needed, and points his Scrap Musket at the big boys.
The giants glow red, and starts lumbering twords Laguna, swiping their hands at him.
The king looks at everyone, "Try not to get hit! Its legended that they can kill a man with two fellow swoops!"
The Kidd can see clear as day that these fellas ain't friendly. He takes a shot at the giant with his Scrap Musket, sending a searing-hot cloud of jagged metal into his knee. Ouch. Kidd takes a few steps back and reloads his Musket with a handful of scrap metal, in case the big guy comes back for seconds.
Laguna saw the giant standing as the dust cleared. He ran into a building, hoping the wall would protect him. He got to a window, summoned the Ragnarok, charged up it's beam, and fired into the giant's stomach.
Giant one takes no damage, and the attack passes right through.
The king runs up to Laguna, and hides behind him, "Aim below the belt! Above it, they are unkillable!"
The Kidd sees the big fella still coming back for more, so he gives it to him. He unloads another volley of shrapnel from his Scrap Musket at the giant fella. Then he pulls his old favorite, the Army Carbine. Only takes a second for him to line up a shot on that big brute. Pow. He fires, skidding back a few feet from the recoil. He loads another shot, just in case.
