His autosenses flared and his eyes flashed. "There will be much glory and bloodshed. Praise the Chaos Gods, Khorne shall have three more skulls for his throne." He raises his Bolter but doesn't fire.

OOC: Bolters fire depleted Uranium shelled miniature rockets know as Bolts. If the projectile doesn't tear its target apart or go clean through them then it detonates a few seconds later.

OOC: Alright, there can be a larger number of Reapers incoming then, if they're going to clash with the Chaos fleet. Only Harbinger and four Destroyers will survive though. Oh, and the carriers.

One by one, the huge, dark starships dropped out of lightspeed, travelling menacingly towards Earth. Slowing to a halt, they spread their mechanical arms and began to fire powerful directed energy beams. Satellites were torn apart by the highly accurate beams. As the extraorbital bombardment went on, a number of vessels drifting with the other ships began to disgorge great swarms of small pods which began to fall into the gravitational pull. Another small ship, of a different design to the capital ships, seperated from the largest one and streaked through the swarm of pods.
