Four suits run off a tall building near the group, and glide towards them.

The jets open fire with barages of missiles and (slow)large laser cannons, smaller miniguns were fired. all aimed towards the battle. one shipe spiraled and exploded.

The first pods slammed into the ground, throwing up clouds of debris. A horrible wailing filled the air, and then figures started loping through the dust clouds. Many of them were human in shape,albeit twisted, decayed husks of humans, held together by wires and struts as much as bone and sinew. These threw themselves at anyone in the streets that had not already been killed. Other creatures, misshapen monsters with gaping mouths and massive boils began firing organic weapons at random. Behind these came some more imposing figures, tall creatures with long spikes extending from their skulls and holding biomechanical rifles in their gnarled hands.

As these horrors began to set about the people on the ground, the cruiser lined up for another shot at the dragon and opened fire with its cannons.

@Wacky Nine dragons took down over a thousand pods while they were flying towards the ground at terminal velocity?

The Kidd can hear the commotion about children was over now. He silently offers the new mother his congratulations. Though The Kidd's got a bad feeling in his gut that this happiness ain't gonna last. He whispers under his breath to himself, "Why Micia?"

The dragon gets hit, then turns around, aiming for another ship. another dragon hits its side.

he takes the luck veriska stole, and returned it to their rightful owners.
"And they-" He then injected her with 8 vials of luck, and walked away.
"That'll compensate."

Steve see's the thing, and makes a TNT cannon, launches it, and pirces a hole into one of the ships armor.
Gaylor fires a volly of arrows.

The dragon flies back, and attacks again, pircing another hole.

 

[Random berk]

As hundreds of pods slammed down and disgorged their cargo, the cruiser launched a glowing blue proton torpedo after the dragon, then broke off the pursuit and headed for the ground.

Laguna smiled and walked out of the room, and his smile dropped as he saw hell. Zombies, dragons, spaceships, god knows what else. "Uh, Mia? Four? I wouldn't come out of that room if I were you." Laguna summoned the Ragnarok, and lugged it over to the edge, charging the beam and picking a target.

the flag ship fires a huge particle cannon the destroys 4 dragons lots of pods and other air vehicles nearby. the ship then activates its sheilds, protecting it
