OoC: Trying to decide if Jio should use Devil Summoner again in this fight. I kinda established that it took a lot out of him last time. Not sure he should use it again right now.

OOC: I'm sure we can survive one fight without Jio at full power. I can probbaly have Tanner pick up some of the slack.

"Forget the military? Yeah, I'll try my best." I say with a bit of sarcasm. Before I can say any more Buddy alerts me about something falling from the sky. I look up and see...green feathers? "Do any of you know what those are?" I ask.

OoC: The thing is that merely being himself at any given time is a result of Jio's strong mind. When he uses Devil Summoner, he is actively playing with fire. As he is using Satan's powers and magnifying them at the same time. It was stated when he first used it, he could not have done so previously. Even a few days before. When I state that his hand aches, there is a reason for it.

Even using the Mark of the Beast (the mark on his left hand) can be difficult. I'm debating my options. And Devil Summoner is better the longer he uses it. More opportunity to absorb information. Everything I do with it is thought out. There was a reason I could do what I did last night.

"I have no idea Tanner..." EMily looked up in awe at the dreamlike sight.

A sudden realization hit Four like a ton of bricks. She realized that trying to fight back would only lead to bad things. She realized she can't just think about herself anymore, that if she were to die fighting TW then she'd leave the children she had left with only one parent. She realized that it just wasn't worth trying anymore. She collapsed to the ground and started crying. Once she realized she couldn't get her daughter back, or at least make the monster that took her pay, all she could do was weep.

The Kidd sees some feathers fallin' from the sky. He holds out his hand to catch one, and just gets a poke in his palm. He rubs his hand and looks up, tryin'a find the source.

Doctor com looks at Four, and pats her on the back.
"I could do it. I could try to kill him. I will try. I will try to kill him, if only ROSE WOULD BOTHER TO TRY TO HELP ME!

Silent Whispers decloaks infront of the group. "Hello everyone... As promised I will fight you..."

Most of everybody sees Madoka's face as harsh and cold, but Laguna, EMily and Winona see something different. A saddened face, cold and calculating, but still sad nevertheless....

Laguna saw green feathers everywhere He held out a hand and a one fell into his palm. "What the..." He dropped it, then prepped his machine gun. "Think we have company." He was prove right as Madoka appaered in front of them. Laguna saw her face and lowered his gun. "What're you doing here?"

OOC: @Saltyk sounds kinda like Ragna's Azure from Blazblue. Gives him an edge in battle, but if he uses it too much or tries to claim it's power for his own, he becomes the Black Beast. Maybe use it like Ragna does: tap into it's power very slighty to buff his normal attacks.

"Um... When did those get there?" Joe pointed up at the feathers. "What?" Joe said answering Madoka.

Doctor Com looks around, "Well, by the look of things, it might be a good idea to just get the hell out of here."
He looks at rose, "Just grab the horn! Just come with me!"

Some of the feathers land on my armor. I pick one up and see it's sharp like a shard of glass. Then I see what looks like another power suit, but nothing like I've ever seen before. "Fight? Why are we fighting?" I ask, making sure my rifle is preped to fire.

"You again? What did you do to Charlotte and Laura?" Jio forgot everyone else when he saw the mech.

"Lady, you're no angel. You should really give this feather thing a rest."

OoC: @Gear Pretty much. It's about the only way he could fight an Angel, too, since his O-Part is literally useless against them.

The Kidd preps his Army Carbine and points it at Madoka. If it's a fight she wants, then The Kidd's gonna be ready this time to give it to her.

Four just curls up into a ball and keeps weeping. Her children hear her and walk over, silently sitting next to her and hoping that she's alright.

I am sorry Laguna... EMily... Winona.... In another Universe, perhaps I would have called you allies to defeat Ohrmazd... but now... echoes Madoka's voice in stated people's head.

"I will fight for my master's behalf... You will fall..." her voice unwavering.

A blacked sword detacts from her IS, radiating a green energy sword.

"...what?" Joe looked over at Jio hearing Charlotte and Laura, his expression looked grave.

Doctor Com patts her back, "Its alright, its alright! Don't worry! I'll try my best... I'll just have to compensate. Grab my horn."

"That is yet to be determined." EMily and Winona made a charge up from a determined state while remaining calm, quickly activating Photon and Boson form. "There is no holding back this time."

Laguna pointed his gun at Madoka. "Just stay still. We can find the guy that's pulling your strings and take him out. Maybe then we can get some answers out of you. Like what you did to Charlotte and Laura."

Spoiler: OoC: Oh come on. Final battle against a tragic villan with an angelic motif? There is only one song that will fit here.
