Regulus was trown back by Lambda's slashes, EMily's beam and the beams reflected back by Kidd.
Then Rin's sword cleaved it in half.
As the halves of Regulus' body fell to the group, the screams of a thousand dying souls filled the minds of the group, when the noise died down, Regulus' body reformed itself and the black aura increased in size.
"Tsk. Still not good enough!"
It rained down a barrage of energy pillars on the group.

Tophat ignores the screams and walks menacingly towards Regulus.
"I grow tired of your games..."

Rin and Cecilia are unfazed by the screams. "The Void teachers many things Regulus..." continues to smirk Cecilia, firing the Gravitron laser at Regulus.

Rin's IS takes the energy pillars, draining shields, while Cecilia double imaged out.

Lambda circled Regulus, weaving between the beams. She jupmed up, kicking with the shapend edges of her leg armour.

OoC: @Slenn Thats just the japanese audio. Try and find her gag reel, thats what I'm gonna base her interactions with the group off.

EMily absorbs one of the energy pillars and transforms it into intense photon energy as one of her standard Sun Lasers. Winona takes her harvested energy and starts swinging her Z0 hammer and sending Z0 bombs out (They're a lot like invisible punches, just far stronger.)

 

[Drakmorg]

The Kidd starts losin' his nerve as thousands of screams dig deep in his noggin'. He can barely compose himself enough to lift his shield in time to stop Purple Nasty's attack. He falls to his knees, he ain't feelin' too good. He fires off a few inaccurate shots with one of his Dueling Pistols before he shakily gets to his feet again.

"Good luck, and be careful!" Four shouted to Mia as she left. She held her kids close to try and keep them calm.

OOC: 4+ Invulnerable save for Regulus now, when under attack the warp will spill out slightly around her nullyifying attacks.

The assassin's teeth were set on edge as she moved quietly through the ruined buildings. For a moment it had sounded as thoughthe gates of Oblivion had opened and released the tortured screams of the damned.
"By the Divines, what manner of demonic beast is that?"
"I do not know. Perhaps another of those 'Dark Souls'?" the disembodied voice replied.
"We shall soon find out. Hurry."

Regulus takes all the hits, yet this time its body remains undamaged.
"Y-yesss... more pain... gimme more pain!
Omnomnomnom!"
It lets out a broken laugh as the aura yet again increases in size, growing to the size of a large plane.
From the aura, several quasar rays are fired at the group.

Spirit attacks: Regulus is a creature of Darkness which blasts foes with Pillars of energy and may re-roll fail to wounds and rolls of 6 count as rending. Targets who suffer a wound from Regulus' energy attacks must take a pinning test or count as in dangerous terrain next turn.

Formless: Regulus shadow and darkness manifested and is such formless. Attacks on it must re-roll to hit and MUST accept second result.

mia aimed her scyth to decapitate and then also threw a shuriken at regulese eyes. "GO AWAY!"

Lambda floated back from Regulus, then touched the ground. "Opening rift." The ground in front of her glowed, ad a trail of energy swords sprouted up, heading the the Dark Soul.

OoC: Thinking about it, I know Lambda's lack of any real personality makes her prettymuch imune to mindfucks, but wouldnt she be super-vunerable to corruption or possesion?

OOC: I've only been doing corruption, possession is really...fiddly and I've to work it out with whoever is going to be possessed since when it is revealed it will kill their character.

EMily shot an intense electron beam with more magnitude than before since she was in Photon Form. Winona hits rocks with her W- hammer at Regulus at incredible speed, making them glow from radiation. She hits them again with her Z0 hammer to increase the speed.

<color=darkgreen>"If you get radiation damage, I can treat it!" She notified her companions.

The assassin glanced through a window in the scorched facade of a ruined building at the battle outside.
"What is our next course of action?" She asked.
"They are strong." The disembodied voice replied. "We should hold back for now and see if they can slay this beast without our help. If anyone is injured, we can tend to them. That monster not be likely to spot us."
"Very well." the assassin replied. "But if you are attacked while pulling anyone to safety, I will step in to assist you." The disembodied voice chuckled.
"I do not doubt it."

OOC: I'll stay out of this so as to avoid disrupting anyone. But if someone gets badly injured, my characters can serve as medics if that sounds good.
