OOC: Well.... okay. I still can't understand why it wouldn't convert since the Void apparently still obeys the 2nd law of Thermodynamics. Energy is energy. I'll let it slide for now. Sorry, I'm being nit picky.

OoC: @Zeph Sorry, Joe, I don't know much about it and Jio knows less. It is apparently the realm of the Gods of Chaos in Warhammer 40K. It is a dark and twisted realm of nightmares. From what Ven described, it is basically Hell. That help any?

It's kinda hard to describe his demon status. It really comes down to whether you think Jio is effectively Satan or not. Are Jio and Satan one and the same or two different entities sharing a body? Considering that it was shown that his soul is judged as a demon's, I would say that he is a full demon. The problem comes from the fact that Satan, unlike other demons or angels, actually was a living creature before becoming what he is. As such, he has his own desires and such. If not for that, Jio would probably have full control over his powers.
Basically, I think Jio and Satan are one and the same and two different entities. And the reason Jio doesn't have full control over his powers is because Satan is a dick. The reason for the Mark of the Beast on his left hand was to ebb away Jio's soul while strengthening Satan's. It was a means to an end, that allowed Jio to access the powers that Satan would normally not share. So, Jio is a demon that can't access his full powers because the "gatekeeper" to them is selfish. If not for this, Jio would be immensely more powerful.
At least that is my opinion.
