OoC: He's just manipulating the events. He also claims that he did it, but he did not. The only time he actually does so is to initiate a ship, such as making Rose kiss Roland and fall in love with him. That's all he did; manipulate them. I'll make sure he does so very little. Its just a form of mind control.
