The Kidd raises his shield to block EMily's lightning and got hit by Tophat's shots. He heals and shouts to Tophat, "You should'a brought a bigger gun! I sure did!" He turns and fires his Carbine at Tophat's head.

EMily sees the shots being fired and uses a magnetic field to pull the gun out of Kidd's hands and throw it back at his head. Winona fires a few Z0 shots at his chest to knock the wind out of him.

Kidd manages to grab his Carbine back before it lamps him, but doin' so kept him from dodgin' what Winona threw at him. He got sent flyin' again from the shots and tore through the wall of'a nearby buildin'. He walks out and brushes some dust off himself and says, "Ow. You gals play rough. My apologies, but I must be goin' now." Before the Kidd teleported away he launched an energy disk at Tophat and cut off his sword arm.

EMily rushes over back to Lawrence, KS and sees that Lilah is gone. When she comes back, she screams "God damnit!!!" Winona came to her side to cool her sister down. "Those guys will pay for that trick. How was she able to tell where I had gone?"

She took a deep sigh and sat down. "You're right. Let's think."

EMily took a deep breath, hoping that Laura or Char wouldn't scream at them and that they would understand EMily's frustration. "Kidd and Kisa were able to get away with Lilah again. I tried to bring her to safety at a location far away from here. i.e. in Lawrence KS, but Kisa was somehow able to track me down after I had put her to safety. And now I'm trying to think of a way to get her back."
