Lambda had been exploring the city, on Kokonoe?s orders. She had been doing so for a few days now, without a break, and it was starting to show. There were scratches in her armour and holes in her bodysuit from Chaos cultist popshots. She floated around a bit slower than normal, scanning the destruction. She stopped as Kokonoe opened a comm link with her. "Lambda, do you read me?"
"Affirmative."
"I've been trying to get you back here for a while. Something affecting space and time in your area, you can?t shift until it?s clear. You get me?"
"Acknowledged."
"Remember those guys from earlier? They seem to have some idea what's going on. I want you to meet back up with them, ok?"
"Acknowledged. Starting new mission." The comm winked off, and Lambda ran a far scan, picking up traces of EMily?s power. She glided towards the source, armour scraping against the ground, kicking up sparks in her wake.
