"Yeah, he's a terrible pain." Jio was still angry that he had lost the Soul Gem yesterday.

"Well, we just have to put up with him. You and Drom still gonna try and get him in that rock?"

"Classified." Lambda raised an arm, forearm blade shining.

"I have to get that 'rock' back from him, first." Jio replied. Dammit, if I had acted quicker or more stealthily...

"He stole it?" Laguna stood up. "Damm. What happened?"

"Unkown enegry source within target." Lambda pointed at Regulus. "Higher priority than current mission. Investigating."

"When I went to use it yesterday, he used some sort of power to pull it from my grasp." Jio explained a rather matter of fact tone.

Why, this could be useful.
"Thou art interested in the power I posses? Very well, I can show some of it.
Heh, I will try not to fry thy circuits."
Regulus backed off from Labda and formed its aura, not yet attacking.

"De's here humies are really strange" spookums muttered to a kommando.

"Hmm... wait. We could use this. That dagger works with the gem, right? We stab him once while he's holding it, and poof!"

Lambda backed off a little as she registered a power spike. She began scanning, and slowly hovered closer, reaching out to touch the aura.

 

[Saltyk]

"Dagger? I don't know. I was planning on using my left hand to pull Regulus into the gem."

 

[Chungus]

"Come now, madam. Power such as this should not viewed through a sensor, it must be expirienced first hand!"
Regulus touched Lambda's forehead and send a concentration of dark energy gushing through her mind.
"What secrets do thy mute mind hold?"

Lambda stopped in place as Regulus sent energy through her. "Unknown... power... overloading... Pain..."

"Not that I recall. I think if he had intended to destroy it, he would have already done so."

Regulus increased the flow of dark energy.
"How doth it feel to be consumed by the shadows? I bet there is no programing that could hath prepared thee for this!".

"So, we just make sure he has it on him, then we go ahead as planned." Laguna patted Jio's back. "Maybe we can even get Erica back along the way."

Lambda saw things. Tanks, scientests, helplesness. "it hurts... stop! Please!" She brought her hands up and grabbed Regulus' arm, trying to push it away.

OoC: Um, is it just me or is this getting a little... I mean, thats how mind control works in the Blazblue verse, but... yeah.
