Before I go to retrieve the soul I seek, some preparation art needed... It looked around and saw a rotting body laying against some rubble.
That looks like the one.
Regulus entered the body and healed it.
After inspecting the body, Regulus teleported back to the coliseum and walked to where the vampires are being held. It brought its neck to one of the vampire's face.
"Feeding time."
"Yess bloood!"

Got to prepare my evil plot a bit more afterall. >
