"Okay then!" Yes-Man said to Tanner. He turned to EMily and said, "Mind if I give you a hand with those repairs? I can be quite the handy-man if I need to be!"

Rose smiled at Roland and drifted off to sleep. The day had taken a lot out of her.

@Jortluz: Eh, you kinda just gotta get used to people not noticing incredibly obvious things around here.

 

[Wackymon]

Roland smiles as he falls asleep.

OoC: And now, off to bed for me.

 

[Saltyk]

"That Ferdinand is useless..." Jio grumbles as he walks by the ship.

Jin had listened to the whole thing with Jio and Ferdinand. He didn't know what Jio was talking about, but it made him weary of this Stockholm.

OoC: @Jort Sometimes you have to draw attention to these things. The number of times, I've had to state in OoC that someone should notice that Jio is in pain or that something was off is staggering.

OOC: I'm going to go with Tanner doing repairs all night for when I go to bed, which will be soon.

I walk outside and see the damage. I sigh. I walk back in, get in my suit and get some tools. "Lets get started." I say.

 

[Wackymon]

OoC: Wouldn't Jin hear Eris as she talked about how she was pretending to be Ferdinand?

 

[Slenn]

"Okay then. I'm helping too. It's partly my fault anyway." She made a reassuring smile, and she picked up the first plate. "Yes-Man. Would you mind helping us? The plates are over there."


Winona was nearly about to fall asleep. She pulled out a sleeping bag from the ethereal plate.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I'd love to help!" Yes-Man said to EMily. He picked up the plates and carried them over closer to the ship. "So what do you need me to do?"

 

[Saltyk]

OoC: I presumed that Eris wasn't stupid enough to reveal herself withing sight of someone that could reveal her lie.

 

[Wackymon]

OoC: Never underestimate the stupidity and arrogance of Eris.

 

[Slenn]

"Replace the cratered plates with these ones. Oh, and.. fill any breaches in the sides too, please." She smiled. I don't think I'd ever smile as generously as that robot. EMily activated her electric arc between her fingers used as a welder.

 

[Saltyk]

OoC: I prefer the idea that Jin didn't hear her and Jio just sees Ferdinand as useless. It's interesting to have a character that is literally everybody's friend (to the point that he never saw Varger as a foe and even wanted to spare him after the fight) see one person as "completely useless". Plus, we might be able to use this in future stories, with the whole unknown fate of the children and all being up in the air in reality..

OoC: Yeah... that's a good idea.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Alrighty. I'll get right on it!" Yes-Man said. He set about cutting loose the cratered plates with a laser from his left hand. After he cut them loose, he welded the new plates on.

I continue fixing up the ship, giveing directions to EMily and Yes-Man when needed.

OOC: Goodnight everyone.

I go to bed.

Meanwhile, far away in a blasted wasteland, 4 pinpricks of light speed through the darkness, an even darker shape following from above.

"Whats takin yer so long Nailbrain. I thought you Mek's were supposed to be good at dat kind of t'ing" Kaptin Bluddflag said over the ships intercom.
"Dis will only take a few minutes boss. d iz just got ta redo da kill word and rewrite da base code to make dem see us as da humies and da humies as us." Mr nailbrain said over the radio "da boys here just need to get da doors to da expanded cargo bay ta open. Der is more of dem in der you see."
"Get back up here before i take da wheel and use dis ship as a battering ram wit yer on da bow of da ship!!!" kaptin Bluddflagg spat back at Mr Nailbrain.

Jio finds a place to sleep.

Elsewhere Jin finds a place to lie down and works on his Sudoku before going to bed.

OoC: Well, I'll be going, too.

 

[Slenn]

EMily's help with Yes-Man have saved Tanner a considerable amount of sleep time. The large hole in the ship was now fully sealed up, and the cratered plates had almost all been replaced.

EMily yawned.

"Alright, well I think that about does it for me."

She pulls out a sleeping bag and sets herself by Winona. She opens up a book before she falls asleep.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Yay! Good work everyone!" Yes-Man said as the repairs were completed. "I'm going to patrol the area, make sure nobody can get the drop on us and all." It said before setting out to patrol the edges of the camp area.
