"Maybe later. All of that fleeing took a lot out of me. I'm going for a nap." Four said to Charlie. She walked over to the ship's armory and laid down. She fell asleep almost as soon as her head hit the pillow.

And even if it were possible, I find it difficult to believe that a fragmented soul could overcome the soul of one as powerful as Jio said Satan is. AEanna joined the others, keeping an impassive face, not revealing that she was conversing with John. Like them, she stared at 'Jio' with suspicion.

"Don't you mean that I told you that?" Jio seemed a little sad at EMily's response. "That maybe, but you could at least try it out. I've never tried working a O-Part with electricity and I'm sure you sisters could work out something."
He looks back at Laguna. "I'm fine. The white hair is just a side effect of mastering my demon powers, I think. Guess I'm in a partial demon form all the time now. Probably stronger than I used to be, too."
Looking at Tanner, he said, "I overcame Satan and wanted to return to the group. It'd also be nice to get the remainder of my soul back, too."

I can imprison Satan's soul, but I cannot draw it from Jio's body without killing him.

This is quite the enigma. Why did Satan just hand the Soul Gem over instead of destroying it, and alongside the Key of Solomon no less. That was the artifact that Jio used to regain control last time Satan took over.
Also, why did he say he would like the remainder of Jio his soul back? If this would happen, would Jio not take back control once more?
I cannot grasp the logic in this.
