The plasma wielding Chaos Marine is put down by the trio of shots from AEanna. They pierce the containment field of the plasma core and the weapon explodes violently killing the Marine.
The other two fall to various attacks, Tophat's oppenent takes the clip of fire but one shot pierces the lense on his helmet and takes his eye. The Marine roars before Lysandros puts several Bolts into him from point blank range, sneering as the gurgling traitor fell to the ground with an audible thud.
The Aspiring Champion charges Sara with his Power Fist raised and brings it down on the diamond shield with all of his might. Power fists were designed to crush the hardest of creatures and pierce the thickest of armour.
Tarkus leads Caim and Lysandros through the field of the dead and watches the Champion attack. Lysandors raises his Bolter but Tarkus stops him. "Traitor or not he will look his death in the eyes."

AEanna scrambled to her feet as the plasma weilding Chaos Marine went down.
"Wow, I actually got him!" She remarked with obvious surprise and pleasure. Raising the bolter and levelling it at another Chaos Marine, she braced herself, squeezed her eyes shut, and pulled the trigger, and was rewarded only with a heavy metallic click. She opened her eyes and pulled the trigger several more times, but the result was the same.
"Hmm." She tossed the useless weapon aside and readied her daggers again, hoping that this time she could take down a Marine before he punched her in the face.

The face Tophat sees is twisted into a sneer with dagger like teeth. His eye is ruined and puring with blood, black in colour and various wires are grafted into the side of his skull. He bore no hair and had several scars covering his face. One was that of an 8 pointed star, cut into his flesh.
Sara gathers her strength. The diamond shield was brutally smashed, it could only take a few more hits before it would break completely. Sara activated her Nuclear Grip, grabbing the Champion and suplexing him against the ground with incredible force.
Winona unleashes some Z0 bombs against them. EMily fires her Solar Laser.
