OoC: @Wacky Yeah we figured that much. But doesn't Ferdinand inserting those technically mean that he can read them?
Also, I think I pointed this out already, but Satan isn't really being played fully in character. Everything he couldn't corrupt with hatred or didn't care to try with, he would kill.

OoC: I just thought I'd tell you all how the creation of fiction works in this storyline:
First, a universe is born by either offshooting from a regular universe, spawning from the imagination of another, or (Very, very rarely) being created by direct intervention of another. Then a chronicler records what happens in that universe. From there, s/he hands it over to an officer, who plants the idea into the mind of a person, refered to as a 'seed' the seed knows this, and this knowledge is slowly seeped through into nearby universes, making it into a book/other form of Media.
