Ahead of Tarkus Lysandros and Caim walked side by side. "I've wondering Brother Caim..." Caim kept walking as he said. "The Brother Sergeant again Brother Lysandros?" Lysandros kept going. "The Brother Sergeant is leading us to hunt Chaos and by doing so prevent it from influencing these people. Why not put their heresy to the sword? They clearly reject the truth of the Emperor, that in itself is blasphemy." Caim answered swiftly. "Were these people servants of the Emperor more than 3 Marines could have been dispatched. You are right in a way I suppose. If they aren't of the Imperium then the will lack the fortitude to resist Chaos but think of this Brother Lysandros. If they have not accepted the Emperor's light doesn't that mean their souls will be claimed by the warp when they die anyway? No we shall defend these people for their deaths will give Chaos their victory. Now eyes forward Marine, wouldn't want these people to think we're a little human" Lysandros nodded and considered what was said.
Jin looks up at the sky. "I think Eddie took you off somewhere. And then some of those IS people took a few of us up to a ship to see some strange visions." He looks back down at Laguna. "You should probably take it easy for a little while."
"Visions like all of us dieing. Those kind of visions." Jin replied as he started to walk off. "Sorry, I wanna take some time and work with the Soul Gem like I have been. I'll talk to you later. I'm sure today will be an interesting day."
OoC: Probably won't post again.
Also, Foreshadowing.
Laguna was quiet about the visions. "Okay...Good luck with that gem. And I'm hoping nothing intersting happens, because that usually translates to a massive fight for us."
AEanna followed the few voices that she could hear outside the ship. Coming down the gangway she saw Laguna, looking as though he were about to die of some horrible illness, Jin on his way back inside, and the Space Marines in the distance. She went down the ramp to allow Jin to pass, then waved to Laguna.
"Good morning!"
"Really? I cannot check in a mirror obviously, but I would not like to think how I could look any worse than you. You seem about ready to die yourself." AEanna replied. "No, nothing too serious happened last night. This city just confuses me. It is hard to differentiate day from night down here, and so I did not get around to feeding as I normally would."
