Either way, this metal is extremely resistant in it's purest form, and almost nigh-invulnerable when it's put into armor. They said that only Koltanium weapons can pierce Koltanium armor... They say the metal is also like an animal, reacting to the environment, and other stuff. What we have here is Koltanium in a liquid metal form, so it can regenerate... If we were to put it into a flame, it could be shaped into a blade or piece of armor... We upgraded our IS mechs with this stuff."

Let us simply say that another person tells me that he has seen a memory of Tophat fleeing the explosion, and suggested that he had something to do with it. I questioned Tophat, but he ridiculed the idea. I feel that it is indeed a ridiculous idea, but now that other person tells me that you know more on the matter. I must ask, what happened in Stockholm? Why was tophat there?"
