Over Charlotte's shoulder she noticed the man from the previous night speaking to Tophat.
"Oh, so that fellow did have business with the group after all." She said, puzzled. "I wonder why he would not say so before."

Some dissections have likely been carried out, but yes, the vast majority of vampires are destroyed as soon as they are discovered.

OOC: Normally Space Marines would have simply shot your character by now but I have to tone that down. Also Notch isn't a god, hes seem dude from Norway or something. I'd rather serve in the Imperial Guard and be charged at a Carnifex than live in rip off Minecraftian Imperium.

That is just another negative aspect of mortla nature. To be afraid of the unknown,and to seek the destruction of that which makes us... them, afraid. It does not help that vampires genuinely are dangerous in many cases. Knowing what I know about them now, it makes sense that many would be like me, living a secret existence and just trying to survive, but the few marauding gangs of vampires set the standard by which we are all judged.

AEanna noticed the tension in Laura, Charlotte and Kenneth.

OOC: @Ven That's another thing that bothers me about 40K. The Tau seem like a fairly decent bunch, that the Imperium could in theory coexist with, if not actually have an Alliance. They could have treaties established to prevent one another from encroaching on the others territory, but no, everyone's too damned fanatical about their own cause."

Colonel Scott in his IS-like mech continues to watch the group. "Yes... Perhaps they could resist the Crusaders... Maybe" he continues talking to himself in a hushed tone.
