OoC: This seems like a good time to point out a few things.
1) Demon/Angel Cores are indestructible.
2) Only a Demon or Angel can remove a Core from another Recipe without killing them. Even then, Jio probably can't do that right now.
3) While others have survived and returned to human while losing their cores, they were always on the brink of death. As in, couldn't be saved.
And I gotta go in a few minutes (getting directions right now).

Four body slammed one of the robots and began stabbing at it with her Blade Tonfas. "I. Don't. Like. It. When. Things. Get. In. My. Way!" She shouted, each word punctuated by a stab.
"Wonder if anyone else made it back to the ship. We could just wander around a bit if you want." Shannon said to Sniper as she walked down the street in no particular hurry.
