The Bloodthirster sidestepped Laguna's beamswipe and stomped down with its left foot to send a small shockwave his way.
The eyes of the skull ornament on the Bloodthirster's armour flashed red once again, disrupting the sounwaves of the unearthly warrior's shout, neutralizing it.
Tanner lept at the deamon, but its armour protected it against the hits.
As the deamon was about to retaliate, it faded from the physical world as it returned to the Warp.
That is quite enough of that.

Laguna sropped the Ragnarok as the demon faded. "We all ok?"
OoC: @Outis Sniper never left much of an impression in my mind, though he did make a good de-facto team leader at the start. Berethor was fun with his concepts of honor and all that, but near the end, frankly he was reaching Cloud Strife levels of angst. Tanner? Pitch perfect. The abilities, the personality, the relationships... all of it awesome, and he did a pretty good job of sharing the "team big bro" position with Laguna.

"Hmph. Cowardice is a common trait amongst the spirit's brood." He turned and began to walk back toward the bridge. As he went, he stopped beside AEanna and looked her in the eye. The unearthly gleam faded somewhat, revealing the face that she already knew she'd see. It looked more youthful and warm, and the scales shone with the same vibrancy as his armour, but she knew him nonetheless.
"How can this be?" She whispered in awe. The warrior simply smiled.
"You have made me proud, young one." he said. "You learned all that I could teach you, and have used it well."

Sara, EMily, and Gwen had returned. The increase in power of all of them had taxed the time tether system they were implementing. Had they not been there to help Schrodinger, the time tethers would have snapped ripping the girls to shreds. Schrodinger had repeatedly tried to recall Winona back to 3020 AD, however Regulus' influence was enough to make things impossible.
Four went sailing past the demon, nearly making it back into Vegas before she managed to stop. She boosted back to find that the demon had vanished. "Well now that that's over, where's Regulus?"
"Conditioned response. I shut off the emotional center of mine brain in a fight to avoid panicking." Rose explained to Sniper as she fiddled with tuning her bass guitar, almost seeming nit-picky at trying to get it sound absolutely perfect. "Are hostiles still engaging?" She asked Sniper.

OoC: @Outis I already told you that I love Sniper. Still do. Berethor swung pretty emo pretty hard and it got real hard to like him. I felt he had potential, though. Tanner is pretty interesting, though he comes off kinda needy in the emotional aspects (the whole thing with Four). Though, I suppose that might be the desired effect. Nothing against your writing, just an opinion of the character.
