OoC: @Slenn This whole soul thing, you know that Final Fantasy movie, Spirits Within? That bassically went with the theory that the soul is some kind of energy source present in living things that they need to survive. Maybe look that up?
Gardevoir stumbles back from the attack, and smiles. Gwen was pretty powerful...
Gardevoir fell down, and nods.
"Gardevoir!"
Gwen feels the equivalent of a roundhouse kick to the face, and see's everything... blurred.
"Okay, that's far enough!" Xu said, getting between the two.
Gardevoir shrugs, and stands next to Xu, his eyes aglow with wonder.
But also confusion, because she wondered how the hell Gwen was able to do that.

@Gear. The thing is, is that for me, I've always perceived the soul as just the mind. And without brain chemistry there is no person left and becomes dead. The catch is that I don't find any energy special to things that are living. So far in our scientific community there has been no such energy or object that specifically effects the living. But if something like souls or sentience were to be discovered without a brain, then there has to be some sort of thing or idea to explain the phenomenon. If I perceive it to exist, then there has to be something that permits it to exist. If a soul exists, it is multidimensional and it influences things at the tangible level. That's how I see it.

OoC: @Outis Yep. Surgery is done, all parts in. Bassically, I'm deciding what happens to her next. Either she recovers and everything goes back to normal, she recovers and leaves the group for a normal life, of she doesn't wake up. Take your pick.
