Grace silently listened to the conversation Lambda and Alicia were having. She was not sure if she trusted Alicia yet, but she would not cause trouble.

OoC: @Kirke Find a book, and just lay down and read for about half an hour, then go to bed. I've heard it works pretty well to have some winding down time after coming off electronic stuff.

OoC: @Gear It's not that, I usually can go right of the computer and to bed. But I actually feel sick from thinking of that nightmare, and when I lie down it gets even worse.

@Kirke Well, do something to take your mind off it. Watch a movie, read a book, stroke a pet, just lay down and stare at the celing and think about other things.
