She has an IS (Infinite Stratos) mech that she can summon at any time by touching a pendant she wears around her neck. The suit is armed with:
.22 caliber head Vulcan guns
.51 G-Revolver
.75 G-Rail gun attachment
Blade Tonfa
The mech is also only 8'6" tall.
Also, being a Cat person she is faster and more agile than most other people.

I haven't used Rose in any fights this thread yet. But she has a pair of Anti-Materiel Rifles she uses in tandem. (These ones [http://suda51.wikia.com/wiki/Le_croissant_du_ange]) She can also summon a pair of Angel Wings on her back that let her fly and can be used to protect her from attacks like a shield. While she has her wings out she slowly heals from any non-instantly lethal wound and can use the feathers that fall from her wings in a variety of different attacks. Also, she is a cat person as well, so she's faster and more agile than most humans.
Dandy himself doesn't have much more to fight with than his cane, which is made of a special future alloy that makes in nearly indestructible. He also summons portals that allow him to do various fun and interesting things that I'd rather show off in a fight than explain here.
Lambda kept scanning, and something pinged her tox screenings. "Alert! Target is emmiting hallucigenic compound!" She backed away and covered her mouth.
