As the area was clouded with smoke and steam, Erica had a hard time tracking Chanda. Her cripling fear did not help either.
Seing a cone of fire shoot out from the corner of her eye, Erica instinctively dropped to the group, narrowly dodging the flames. She rolled onto her stomach and fired thee rounds where Chanda was, missing completely as she had already retreated back to cover.
Erica got to her feet again in a somewhat quick, but utterly graceless manner and looked around.

Tophat rolled to the side to avoid the flames, then fired at Chanda.
"Die damn you!"

[Drakmorg]

Chanda tripped and fell into the entrance of the building as she was hit in by a few of James' and Tophat's shots. She appeared to have been crushed as the building came down on her, losing its structural integrity becuase of AEanna's fireball. "Ooooh-hoo-hoo! I like you! So much fire...I'll keep your soul for myself..."

For anyone looking around, they'd notice that there were about 10 buildings still left standing on the street. The fires covering them seemed to be burning much slower than they honestly should have, but still produced a think cloud of smoke once again.

Chanda fell out of the smoke cloud above the group, pouring a massive stream of flames from her hands down onto the group and cackling as she fell. When she hit the ground she sent out a massive circular wall of flames of her position in the middle of the group, pushing outwards.

Brinnks is set up as a cannon again.Mithas drinks an invisiblity potion and pours a couple bombs into him.He instructs the machine on who to shoot and tries to dodge the attack.Brinnks shoots a couple bombs at Chanda.

Joe threw up a shield to help stop some of the initial fire from spreading as quickly.

He jumped over the second ring, and fumbled with his proton pack. "Now how did Igor start with thing up again. OH!" Joe exclaimed, flipping the switch, and the familiar hum resonated in the machine. He then let loose a long stream from the proton pack like in the movies. "It works!! It works!!" He shouted happily.

 

[Wackymon]

Lodicolo takes the blast, falling down, and landing on the ground, feeling the searing pain of her burn. She slowly gets up, the attacks doing a fair amount of damage against her. She see's Chanda's reaction to the fires, and smiles. She jumps high into the air, a wave of water seemingly floating out of nowhere, and begins to ride its crest as it drenches everyone in water, extinguishing the flames. She jumps high into the air, using the wave as a launch pad, and summons a pole of water from the ground, wrapping around her like a blue cone. The spout of water falls down, and drentches Chanda in water.

Kekfa Jumps up, and Bite her leg.

Since the fire beam was technically a plasma, (a gas of charged particles), EMily used an electric field to bend the beam of fire away from her and the group.

Sara flung out a discus of razor sharp diamond.

Winona fires a neutron beam.

Gwen flings out a volley of invisible dark matter bombs at her.

Reimu fires her Fantasy Seal, a cluster of 6 multicolored energy homing bombs.

 

[Drakmorg]

Brinnks bombs explode against Chanda's wall of flames as it spreads outwards and engulfs it.
Chanda sees her flames extinguished and the water she was covered in started to bubble and boil off of her, causing steam to rise into the air. She was literally steaming mad. She roars in anger and a massive burst of flames sprouts out from her, burning and knocking Kefka back before he can bite her.
After the burst of flames dissipated, she was gone. Causing everyone's attack to head for other members of the group, since she had been in the middle of them all.
Joe's proton blast headed for Makoto.
Sara's Discus threatened to hit Tophat.
Winona's beam went for James.
Gwen's bombs simply detonated on the spot and hit nothing.
Reimu's homing bombs seemed to randomly fly about before exploding in the cloud of smoke, causing it to spread and thin.
"No one controls my beautiful flames but me!" She could be heard shouting. The fires on the buildings all raged up massively and exploded, sending rubble from the buildings and shards of hot glass into the midst of the group.

@Wacky: Yeah, I'll just take that now then if you need to go.

Makoto dodged Joe's beam. "Hey, I'm on your side!" She curled up to minimise the amount of her that was exposed as rubble and glass exploded around her, ending up with only a few scratches. She stood again. "Stop hiding and come down here!"

The rubble and glass did not get anywhere near the group thanks to Grace's shield.
