I give a grunt as proximity warnings suddenly flash and my arm gets bitten into. My armor holds, but only barely. Any more pressure and I'll have serious damage to deal with. I think as I put my rail-gun away and grab onto Varger's upper jaw, trying to pry it upward.

An earth wolf can break a mans arm in a bite. Fenris was no earth wolf. The initial bite halted Fenris bites down harder before lifting Tanner off the ground and twisting his head from side to side.
Lambda's chest felt a bit tight from Alicia's mental hug. She had to take a deep breath. "You are welcome."
