Winter paused then said. "Athena has her own opinions on this and she has the right to do so. Yes, she is vocal about it, but that doesn't mean that you should make her the sole reason for leaving. Her mind is too much like a machine; no idea for the infinite grey that people have. Machines are easily broken with that type of logic, and you are following that exact type of logic!"

Grace looked very sternly at Winter. "You can call me stubborn or foolish all you wish. I cannot tolerate that woman, and I do not see why I should try any longer. She has done things I cannot forgive her for, mostly because she will not acknowledge her wrong doings...I do not want to leave, and I know Gerry would be...quite hurt by the experience, but if she does come back and refuses to leave, I will be left with no choice." she said.

OoC: @Rosh My internet provider hates me, that's all. Also, I'm probably not gonna be able to stay on much tonight, watching a movie and then packing in early. AND next week I'm gonna be away from home for four days (wether I like it or not) so my posting then is gonna be spotty at best. Really, this is just my token "I am not dead" post.

True parts of her speech are mildly correct, but never have I seen such a jaded creature that wouldn't embrace the concepts of grey. And her speech about blaming a mother for the upbringing of the child doesn't mean anything. Many, many, many factors come to play and she doesn't recognize that! Why? Because it has never happened to her."

OOC: @Gear: Sucks to hear that you'll be gone so much man. The talk was had, and Four/Erica forgave Athena, but Grace just got even more pissed off and is now saying that if Athena comes back (she left after the talk) one of them will have to leave for good.

Winter receives a beeping noise from her wrist communicator as well as Austin. They look at each other and nod.
"Sorry everyone, but there is something we need to attend to. Please Grace, just think it over alright?"
The two exit and walked back into their ship.

OoC: @Outis Hmm... the way I see it, this has 3 solutions.
1) Someone defuses the situation. Won't be me probably, like I said I have to come off earlier than usual tonight.
2) Aethena or Grace leave the group, perhaps permanently. I would hate to see either one go, they're both great characters, but if it came down to it, I would prefer that Grace stays.
3) Athena dies. This could be in a battle with the bad guys, a newcomer mistaking her for an enemy and doing her in, or perhaps even Grace getting pissed off to the point that her dark side comes out and ends it.

Well she did threaten to kill Athena if she came back...but she cooled down somewhat after a talk with Sara...but who knows. Actually, @Salt already has a few ideas about how this whole situation will play out, and they apparently all depend on what @Nail does.Gearhead mk2 said:

@Nailik Erica killing her would be a pretty dark turn I think. If it came down to that, maybe have Erica flay her with wind or something.

It's like saying you should ignore a murderer who is living in your house...*sigh* I do not want to tear Gerry away from his beloved. I find it...nice that he has someone to love so dearly...but I cannot leave him here. He is far to important to me." Grace said.
OoC @Gear: Should it come to an execution, Erica would keep it as clean as posible. A single shot to the head.
Unless Athena fights back... then it would get messy. Her killing Athena would also drastically alter Erica's psyche.

OoC: For the record, sorry if my train of thought is darker than usual, had a Mass Effect 3 binge. Kinda brought me down.
