Winter shrugged. "Back in our own universe, heavily armored units had energy shields and weapons like this zweihander were the only ones to bypass them completely. They were made with a special metal, Koltanium, and are strangely light."
Winter removed the zweihander from her back and easily started swinging the sword in circles around her with one hand.
"In the end, it really came down to who's the better swordsman. I've seen rapier equipped super soldiers take down entire squads." She sword planted the sword in the ground. "But even then, things like this were reserved only for those super soldiers. Anybody else that would wield stuff like this easily got cut down in the cross fire."

"Excellent!! Now follow me!" Kefka said as he opened a door to the loading bay and walked through it.
He then tapped some commands on a screen, making several Magitek armours spring to life.

I've always advocated that a smaller, one handed blade in the hands of a quick fighter would be enough to slip past the guard of a weapon like that and kill its owner, but the way you handle that thing, I would actually be pleased to have the extra reach of a larger sword. I'd probably have the strength to use it too, but when I can crack a human skull with one tap from this, why bother to learn with something completely different?" He said, patting the hilt of the undertaker to illustrate his point.
