We Are Our Avatars III (Ended!)

Estimated time for repairs, one hour, 32 minutes, 16.4 seconds. The walls turned red, with and green as the room filled with pictures and statues of Ragna, all cluttured around a regeneration tank made to resemble the Cauldron. Nu stripped bare, walked into the tank, and curled into a ball as the tank hissed shut and the healing mixture did it's work.

Spoiler: She took a Ragna plushie in the tank with her, by the way.

OoC: Should have come off ages ago, but this was a good night!
...well, not really. I'm sad to see Tanner go. He was a great character. @Outis, I salute you sir.

Doctor Com shakily got up, and took his hat off.
"Tanner was a wonderful man. A man who kept this group together, like a older brother. He will be missed..."
He walks up to Katlin, and pats him on the back.
"One must accept death, if one is to move on. May Imagination be on his side, even in death. May he live his afterlife in whatever form he wishes. He was... a good man, to say the least. I barely knew him, but he was great, nonetheless."

 

[Demonjazz]

"But I could have saved him you don't understand I have always saved people as an adventurer and because I was out to eat I couldn't save him I've never had a friend die before"

 

[Chungus]

Erica looked at Tanner through Four's eyes.
Ah, crud. I should say something but I'm just so darn happy! It would be really inappropiate.
Best keep silent. She thought, making sure her thoughts were isolated from Four.

OOC: Don't worry about it @Sable. And thanks @Gear. I guess Tanner really did have a profound influence on a lot of people...I'm going to have to have a great follow up act...

Doctor Com shook his head, "He's gone. Just accept it, and move on. That's what he would want for you to do."

Jio stood over looking the Thames River. He looked at his hands. I'm no different from them. The ones that would kill people like this. Technically my hands are stained with an unknown amount of blood...
His Spirit channels into Zero Type R as he bring his arm up. Maximum Spirit! Intiate effect. He brings it down quickly as the O-Part spins. "Jio Spike!" The whirlwind emits from the O-Part and splits the river for a time.

 

[Drakmorg]

After a while Four looked up to Diane and said, "T-Thank you..." Then she went back to sobbing.

 

[Demonjazz]

"I know your right I'm just so angry at myself for this Ragrh!"Kalin throws at glass pendant at the wall and it breaks

 

[Sablestick]

"To all of you here in Castlewood, hear this! We are on full alert! We have a possible threat to the safety of Castlewood and possibly the multiverse! I need everyone of you to prepare for imminent attack at all times. Send out the gyrocopterists! Man the cannons! Launch the Sky Towers! Prepare the potion shells! Scramble the flyers! I need scouts preforming regular patrols throughout the surrounding area! Castlewood must not fall! We must honor the memory of my fallen comrade, Jerome Tanner! We shall succeed!"

 

[Wackymon]

Doctor Com pats Kalin on the back, "Just sit down, and morn. That's all we can do, really. Just morn for his passing."

 

[Demonjazz]

"Our church could hold his funeral you know we just have to buy a grave stone and casket but for today we mourn for now"

 

[Wackymon]

Prologue, part death.

Death sighed as he reached the stories end. He closed his old leather tome, and looked to Tanner's Ghost.
"So, that's your story, huh?"

 

[Slenn]

Gwen had been laying back on her arms in the Orphan. Her eyes were glowing bright purple as she was detecting mass. With her finger she was making minute amounts of dark matter that only she could see. Like pen and ink, she starts writing in the air in dark matter. With her hands she could move around equations and text as she wished, as if it was her own holographic chalk board that only she could see. She was tired and stared into the invisible equations with her glowing nebulous eyes.

"I suppose it is." I say simply.

 

[Wackymon]

Death nods.
"You know, you touched a great many lives. Many people would love to be in your shoes, telling their story to death himself."
Death idly fiddles with his quill.

 

[Drakmorg]

Four stood up, gently laying Tanner's head down as she did. She needed some fresh air, so she left Tanner's...her ship for the time being. She saw Jio by the river and sat next to him without saying a word.

 

[Chungus]

After a while of being mute, Erica decided to at least try to comfort Four.
He... has gone to a better place.
In all honesty, Erica didn't even know what that phrase meant, but she heard it being said to some one who was grieving at some point and decided that it would be the best line to start with.

I shrug. "I wish I could have done more...there was still work to be done after all..." I sat rather sadly.
