Joe stood there for a bit, slowly letting what he'd just heard soak in. After a long time, he mumbles "I should have been here..." to himself, clenching his fist. He'd gotten more accustom to finding out about these kind of things. When he'd happen upon to a universe with a flow of time faster than usual, when he revisited the area, he'd sometimes find that people were gone.

@Zeph: You're gonna get curbstomped... And it was one that Joe created himself, and therefore doesn't exactly follow the traditional IS rules... Plus the tournament is just a minor thing to move people.
