OOC: From what I read last nights battle it seemed to be that we forgot how to do awesome fights, not as good as I remember them.
OOC: @Nail Very dink dink dink. Bad guys should be tough but not invulnerable. Blasts should still knock them off their feet, shots should stumble them. They should actually have to put effort into fighting instead of standing there with that 'anime' look of boredom during fighting.
OoC @Ven: Agreed.
The same goes for the good guys, however. If everybody's just shrugging off and/or dodging attacks all the time, what's the point of battle?
There should be tension that the characters just might die, even if that's not the case. There are like 5 characters capable of healing, yet they rarely need to do so in battle.
That doesn't sit right with me.

OOC: Daniel is practically incapable of surviving open combat in human form. He is comparitively slow, clumsy, inexperienced and weak. In dragon form he can take much more punishment and deal it as well but is extremely slow to dodge but not to move on the ground. He is still clumsy and inexperienced at fighting as a dragon also. Certain things need to be punished more often. @Slenn shouldn't be able to get away with having his characters charge attacks in the distance without the bad guys noting this and reacting.
OOC: Really don't have a direction with Daniel at the moment, just waiting for someone to place the squeeze on him and force him to combat.

Kefka moved one step closer to completing his objective and left a little suprise for the group in the city. The suprise being an ambush and the fact that the entire city was boody trapped.
Having fought off the onslought, the group went looking for clues and Dio coppied files from the computer in the factory, wich triggered the traps.
Also, Outis didn't do anything major with her.

Winter woke up next to Four. Smiling she kissed her before heading off to the showers.
Amy was already up, watching over Austin. Yesterday's fight took alot out of him.

Daniel had waited at the ship when everyone had left and had fallen asleep while sitting down. He tipped over and snapped away, leaping to his feet and looking around.
Austin jolts up, wielding his CQC knife as Amy presses him back down. "You're alright. Back at the ship... Oh, and happy birthday."
"Yeah, what a lovely birthday present..." he mumbled after a string of profanities.
Winter finally exited the showers, got dressed, made a sandwich and exited the ship. She looked around to see if anybody else was awake.
