Makoto stopped rubbing her eyes and turned to Grace. "Hey Grace. Feeling pretty good actually. I needed a nice long rest."

OoC: @Nailik Fair warning, the voice acting in that game is HORRIBLE. Turn it down for your own good.

OOC: @Saltyk With all of it? Interesting, considering that you weren't around for any of the plots involving Rugal, Preginald and Joel -or indeed, any plot where there was just one main villain as far as I remember. And I don't know about any Eldar recently, but the original Eldar, Chaos Marines and Blood Ravens were all quite well played in my opinion. Thats not to say I want to see the whole damned 40K universe brought in- I don't- but its not the worst we've had either.

"Ah, excuse me, friends. So sorry for interrupting, but I am afraid that my colleague and I must be off. We have much to do back at the College." Wulfgar said, cheerful yet apologetic.

The Lictor had supped of the blood that had drenched its talons, the feeder tendrils absorbing the genetic information ready for assimilation when the Hive Fleet arrived. It considered its wounds. With the information it had it could provide the advantage when re-absorbed by the Hive Fleet. Now the Genestealers would weaken the planets defences along with the Lictor.

OoC: @Nail Yeah, the Chaos had potential, but I don't see that here. Especially since that whole Eldar thing. Remember, he was supposed to be an "ally".
@Random I was mostly talking about the WH40K stuff you said. You're right, I wasn't here back then, but I was here for other stuff.

@Random: Ya Ven did a pretty good job with them in the first WAOA. Joe probably still has the drawing of the Keeper of Secrets on him.

"Perhaps... I will take a look."
He said to Erica before getting up and giving a fairly sharp salute to Wulfgar.
"I thank you, for the assistance you have provided."
He said after taking his hand down.

"I am glad to hear it. I think I will go have a shower." Grace said as she moved toward the door.

OOC: I have to agree with @Salt in saying I don't want 40k in this RP in any way shape or form. I have said that @Ven plays the 40k stuff pretty well, and I stand by that statement, but I just don't think it's compatible with anything else, including what we have going on in this thread.

Makoto nodded to Grace, then got out of bed, stretching.

OoC: Given how much me and @Hatchy have incorpirated the Blazblue verse into this thread without many complaints, I think it's not right to shut out an entire universe. That said, 40K stuff is ungodly overpowered and pretty damn dark, so it has to be handled with the utmost care.

OOC: I messed up with Karandras. Simple. He can't function on his own without warfare. The earth will not face a Tyranid invasion, should everyone pull together and listen to Eldrad. This thing is going on in neighbouring solar systems mostly and Eldrad will request help and you can decide whether to come or not. Regardless the Eldar will attempt to get through. Most of the scenarios (For they aren't all battles) I have imagined take place else where to provide a change of scenary to juxtapose the environments of earth.

OoC @Salty: Eh. I'm willing to give this thing a chance.
@Gear: I plan on playing many more FF chars in the future. Because I like FF way too much! x)

"Things to take care of back home, eh?" Erica asked Wulfgar, then added."Give my regards to AEanna!"

OoC: @Ven Tell me though, what in hell are they doing in neighbouring solar systems? There's nothing there. Also, we have like what? Two starships? Neither of them are particularly big either.

You sort of said what I have said before. I made this argument with the Orks before. Adding 40k stuff just throws off the scale of anything else we try to do, it seems.Everything in that universe is specifically made to be as impossible to kill as possible, and that means in either gets nerfed to an ungodly degree, or it is simply overpowered.

"And thank you all for welcoming us on board!" Wulfgar exclaimed. "Perhaps we will have the opportunity to return for a short time later, to check up on you all. Good luck to you all." He turned to Dio.
"And may Lady Mara bless you with better health soon enough, Mr. Dionysius. And I will, Ms. Erica. She will be pleased to hear it, I'm sure!"

OOC: @Ven Just in case its relevant, don't forget that James's genetic material is not fully human any more. It may be a nasty surprise for the Lictor.

"Hope to see you two again soon. And good luck with the whole vampire thing." Erica said to Wulfgar with a smile.

OoC @Berk: I'd sooner think the Tyranids would inherit the T-Virus' propperties. ...OMG.

OOC: @Kirke Neighbouring to Tyranids is billions of light years, plenty of space for me to invent eden worlds and alien planets. The brunt of the attack will hit Eldar forces. You have two ships, the Eldar have many. Earth now is a mere snack for them while other planets I have are ripe feeding grounds.

I only bring 40k into the thread because it is my favourite verse and lore. Beautiful, dark, bright at times, filled with heroism and such. No more so than anyone else when they bring in their favourite franchise or verse.

OoC: Look, I have to agree with @Outis and @Salt. And in my eyes? The orks were just... annoyingly LARGE. And With scarlet... well, I plan for you all to kill her at the seed, so you can take her down. And everything from that universe would have to be nerfed to an ungodly degree...

OoC: @Outis Yeah, but the Blazblue verse is also meant to be pretty dark and dangerous. For gods sake, the main hero slaughterd an entire military base, civvies and kids included! It's just broken up by big plot shifts, gag reels, and the odd bit of fetishism. Though granted, you can expect that last part out of anything that comes out of Japan.
