The fortune teller could see Jio and Jin outside the tent. She waved to them to come on inside.

"Better we tell her soon. I'll go find her." Four said. She picked up Lucy and cuddled her in her arms as she got up to look for Gwen. She heard another song playing from the visor so she put it on before she left.

@Wacky: I kinda already had something planned for as to what happens to the Church. In fact, that brings this point up, I have it planned out so that everyone's fortunes come true in my plot, [sub]In case that wasn't blindingly obvious already...[/sub]

Diane shrugged, "Alright, I'll tell you about the short time I spent as death... What? You look like you've seen a ghost!"

Lenard Jerome Tanner walks up to a large, distinctly military looking, building. He sighs, then walks in.

"Corporal Lenard Jerome Tanner?" a rough voice asks as soon as he walks through the door.

"...Yes?" he asks as he looks around for the person who had addressed him.

He sees a man in a stark blue uniform approach him with a sour expression on his face. He raises an eyebrow and Tanner gives a sluggish salute. The man replies with a far more crisp salute then grunts, "Follow me." The two start walking down a hallway.

"...So...am I going to get orders or..." Tanner asks as he tries to match the pace of the man in front of him.

"Yes. I'll be giving you your orders right now. You are to help newly arrived souls acclimatize with the change in...existence. Help the recently deiced cope with their mortality." the man explains in a gruff tone.

"Sounds good." Tanner replies simply.

His escort gives a small smile. "Good. It's encouraging to see someone so accepting of their own demise. Can't tell you how many weepy types we get around here."

"Right...so...this is military heaven then?" Tanner asks.

"Yup. It's a little like...what's it called...valhalla. Just yesterday George Washington beat Hannibal in a game of chess. Everyone thought he was down and out, but he pulled it off in the end. It was something to see." the man says with a little more enthusiasm.

"I'm sure it was." Tanner replied.

They continued to walk for some time, then reached a room and enter it. "Hmm...I have some time to spare it seems." The man said as he crossed his arms and leaned against a wall. "Usually I have to answer a lot of questions or convince people that they really are dead. Glad I didn't have to go through any of that with you." he says with another small smirk.

"Right." Tanner replies as he takes a seat.

"So...how did you die?" the man asks Tanner.

"...It's a long story...and you? You look somewhat familiar..." Tanner replies as he inspects the man more closely.

The man actually chuckles. "My death is quite a story as well..." he looks at a pocket watch. "I guess we might have time for both of our stories. Mine really starts in a little bar in Japan..."

 

[Slenn]

<color=purple>"That... that couldn't be...." Gwen mumbled. She packed away her telescope in the ethereal plane and went down to the bridge to see who it was.

<color=purple>"Impossible..... from my sister's reports you're... Erica? But what about Regulus?"

OOC: @Outis. I liked that heaven scene. Nice touch!

"Just who are you?" Jio asked the woman.
"When did you set this thing up?"

Shin docks at Rockbird.

Athena enters the room she had left Nu in. "I hope I am not interrupting, Nu. We have arrived at Rockbird, my Master's home. Perhaps you would like to meet him? Among others." She looks around the room. "I see that you added Ragna themed decorations. I approve."

Philip and a couple other followers are guarding the church around the perimeter a Kalin was rushing off toward the ship

"No no... it's just most people don't casually say. 'I was Death'. Just doesn't sit right with me." Joe said, still keeping his cool, but was indeed a little put off by what was once just a nice 'sit and stare out at the sky' session.

"I'm a...fortune teller...I can tell you what the world has in store...I set up just this morning." The fortune teller said to Jio and Jin, motioning for one of them to sit down across from her.

Four found Gwen talking to a woman she hadn't seen before. She walked over, waving to them both.

Diane shrugged, "Not all that uncommon, actually. Many travelers were, at some point, death. After all, even death needs a vacation."

Nu shut down the holographic console she was using to run scans, and turned to Athena. "Nu does want to see your master."

Lucy is tired, and she gradually falls asleep in Four's arms.

"Tee-hee! I'm quite famous, it seems!
Yup. It's me, Erica. I left the rest of my soul behind in that dimension and Tophat helped me get a new one!" Erica explained to Gwen and then turned around.
"Hiya Four! I got myself a new body!

[sub][sub]Roland's head. Its a pretty hellish landscape, constantly having to evade getting shot in the crossfire between Depression and Love. Its only a matter of time until depression overcomes Love, Revenge, and all the other emotions, then I can get out of this hellhole of a head.

@Devil: It's kind of a high building that both Joe and Diane are on, I'm kid of thinking you can't call up to them.

"The guy with the black hood and scythe?" Joe shrugged.

"Is that really you Erica? Wow! I like the new look! How's it feel?" Four said as she walked over and gave Erica a friendly hug. "Oh, Gwen! I have something I need to tell you." She said to Gwen.

"You can see the future, then?" Jio exchanges glances with Jin.
"Could be good for a laugh. I'm sure we could use that."
"If you say so..." Jio sat down "So how does this work?"

"Very well follow me." Athena lead Nu, from Shin up part way to the Master's chamber when another woman with black hair and wearing a black dress approached the two.
"Perhaps I should lead her to the Master. You can't get too close after all."
"Shut up, Caenis. This one is my responsibility. Why don't you go check in on that scientist. Rockbird needs a new 'battery', I hear." Athena replies shooting the woman a dirty look.
"Touchy, eh, Athena? Or should I say cold? Maybe that's why you're so good with your O-Part? I was on my way to do just that. I just felt you maybe more qualified, is all." The woman, named Caenis, says with a smirk.
"This is my duty." Athena and Caenis then part ways without saying another word to each other.
After a few minutes, Athena and Nu arrive in the Master's throne room.
